Robin is lifetime student of healthy eating. She has a diploma in Holistic Nutrition from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and has worked as a personal nutrition consultant, as well as a nutritionist at The Big Carrot, Toronto's first health food co-op, and a front runner in natural wellness education.
Robin completed her teacher training at the internationally renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and is a proud member of Yoga Alliance. As a Kripalu teacher Robin leads experiences that promote presence, compassion and non-judgment through meditation, breath work and gentle Hatha based postures. She specializes in gentle Hatha, Hot Yoga, and Yoga for Runners.
Robin is a certified running coach through The Road Runners Club of America and a CanFit certified group fitness specialist. An experienced distance runner and exercise enthusiast, Robin strives to remove the work from working-out, replacing it instead with a sense of play, self-empowerment, and spiritual fulfillment.
