Robin is a food lover, self taught cook and lifetime student of healthy eating. She has a diploma in Holistic Nutrition from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Canada's largest, leading school in holistic nutrition education.
Robin completed her teacher training at the internationally renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. As a Kripalu teacher Robin leads experiences that promote presence, compassion and non-judgment through meditation, breath work and gentle Hatha based postures.
Robin is a certified running coach through The Road Runners Club of America and a CanFit certified group fitness specialist. An experienced distance runner and exercise enthusiast, Robin strives to remove the work from working-out, replacing it instead with a sense of play, self-empowerment, and spiritual fulfillment.
