Yoga For Runners continues at Forerunners Main Street (3889 Main St. Vancouver)
This is a one hour yoga class for all levels.
Compliment your training with a yoga practice designed specifically for runners’ needs. Improve flexibility, balance and range of motion while developing strength in the core, quads, hamstrings, and glutes
Wednesdays 7:45 pm – 8:45 pm
Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
Classes are $15 per person (cash preferred).
